Audit terms

Last updated 2026-10-13. These terms cover the Destination AI Visibility Audit (Baseline and Board Pack) sold on this site by Niranjan Bajgai, Alberta, Canada ("we"). Contact: support@plainworktools.com.

1. What you buy

A one-time report as described on the pricing table: Baseline USD 495, Board Pack USD 1,250 (including one re-measure 90 days after delivery). Prices are in US dollars; payment is processed by Stripe. It is not a subscription.

2. Delivery

We deliver by email within 3 business days after we receive your answers to the intake questions. We may ask one follow-up question if an answer is unclear.

3. How we measure

• We read only public pages of the official domains you name, up to the page cap of your package, obeying your robots.txt and Crawl-delay. We never need or accept logins or account access.
• AI answers come from API or CLI backends of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. They are proxies, not what a given traveller sees. Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are not measured. Answers vary between runs.
• The report states what was measured and when. It does not promise any change in how AI engines treat your destination after you act on the tickets.

4. Refunds and revisions

Full refund if the audit cannot run: your robots.txt disallows our crawler at /, your site does not answer, or your site terms bar automated access. One free revision after delivery (corrections to names, aliases, competitors or factual errors in the report). No refund based on what AI engines say later.

5. Use of the report

The report is yours to use and share inside your organisation, with your board and with your vendors.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an audit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Tax and vendor forms

Prices do not include taxes that may apply where you are. We provide a W-8BEN or complete your vendor form on request.
